Terms
- All Prices shown are US dollars.
- Free UPS ground shipping for orders in the US.
- International orders will be shipped via US mail.
- International customers are responsible for any input fees.
- All orders will be insured for the value of the order, where possible.
- Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
- 30-day money back guarantee (15-day for seconds), return the kite in good condition (no sail punctures, rips, or broken rods), and we will refund your purchase price, any sales tax, and reasonable shipping charges, if any, minus any repair costs, if the product is returned damaged. Starts when the product is delivered.
- There is no refund on custom or limited edition kites.
- If the product is damaged upon arrival, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier for an insurance claim; this is not a warranty claim. Return the kite and the amount of money collected from the carrier to us, and we will replace or repair the kite.
Liability
SKY VISION KITES ADMITS NO LIABILITY IF DAMAGE OR INJURY OCCURS THROUGH CARELESSNESS OR MISUSE OF ANY PRODUCTS.
Warranty
All Sky Vision kites are covered under warranty. Defects in materials and workmanship are covered for 90 days from the date of sale. Not covered are damages occurring from abuse or improper handling. Broken rods not covered, sails broken by rod breaking are covered.
For warranty returns, contact us via email to receive an RMA number. We will need your name, address, the type of kite, the number of the kite, and details of damage. Return the product to us with a copy of the receipt. We will repair or replace the kite at our discretion and ship it back to you via UPS secondd-ay air (USMail expedited for international). We assume no liability for lost orders shipped without an RMA and proof of shipping. Always insure the product for the amount you paid for it.
Returns
Custom, vented, and ultralight kites are not returnable. Returns only apply to kites purchased directly from me. Wholesale customers will be charged a 10% restocking fee, return shipping not covered.
